It’s a super simple recipe I found with just 3 ingredients. The instructions said to baste with the sauce, but after reading reviews, I decided to use is to marinade the chops instead and they turned out great!
Honey Garlic Pork Chops
- 1/4 cup + 1/8 cup honey
- 3 Tablespoons of soy sauce
- 6 cloves of garlic, minced
- 6 pork chops (I used boneless)
In a bowl combine the honey , soy sauce and garlic. Place pork chips in a large ziploc bag and pour mixture over them. stick it in the fridge and let it sit for a few hours.(I did it all day.) Grill pork chops until cooked how you like them. If you’d like you can baste with the marinade while grilling too.
I adopted this recipe from Spark Recipes.
