A company decided to post an ad for a job with the title “Director of Operations”.
Although it turned out to be a prank, no one knew until the end.
There was a pretty intense list of requirements for the position:
• Standing up almost all the time
• Constantly exerting yourself
• Working from 135 to unlimited hours per week
• Degrees in medicine, finance and culinary arts necessary
• No vacations
• The work load goes up on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s and other holidays
• No time to sleep
• Salary = $0
Although the ad received attention from 2.7 million, only 24 people inquired. They interviewed via webcam, and their real-time reactions were captured on video.
Make sure to watch the video until the end. It will definitely hit home.

For quite awhile, we have been wrapping our palms around that glorious cup–filling our hearts with the rich, full-body…Read More

Sometimes our kids prefer to take a cold lunch and that’s OKAY. (Who can blame them with the latest “healthy lunch” plans that have gone into action?) What’s not okay is when you take your kids to the store to pick out things for their lunches and they decide they want Smucker’s Uncrustable sandwiches. I have nothing against the product,…Read More
Throughout the year, there is always going to be a stock up price for certain foods, particularly produce, that we need to take advantage of. This week at Hy-Vee, there’s a great sale on mushrooms, 8oz for just $.98! That price is definitely stock up price, but how can you stock up on mushrooms? They’re bound to go bad sooner…Read More

There are a lot of great things about the Hy-Vee mobile app, but the biggest thing that annoyed me was that users couldn’t access their digital coupons unless you were sitting at a desktop and clipping them that way. Well, it’s all problems of the past because they’ve added digital coupons to the smart phone application! If you’ve never used…Read More
I am all about the cash back apps, I mean seriously, who wouldn’t want to earn money on top of scoring great deals on things we use in our household anyway? That was a rhetorical question. 😉 Anyway, I’ve known about this app for a while, but I wanted to do my research before just throwing it at you guys…Read More
